How do,

I'm about to pick up my first landrover, a 24v 84 lightweight. I had shares in a 62 Gypsy about 15 years ago but other that that I'm a real newbie.

So.....24v, some say Arrrrrh !

Some say, no prob......

Are there any wiring diagrams available on the web and what are (if any) the weak points or things to watch for on 24v lightweights.....?

Cheers,

Miles....

I live in Holland and I drive a 24 volt Lw.
Nothing wrong with it. Starts always. You only need a powerconverter if you want to use a normal radio.

I have a replacement for the altenator, voltage regulator and startengine in stock.

In Holland you can buy plenty of 24 volt stuff.

Good luck
