On my last off roading excursion the land rover slid side ways off of a rather large bank. It got stuck. The hole underneath of the landy was rocking on the bank. After much gentle persuasion using a jack and shovel i managed to get it to slide into the ditch and drove off.
Went to change gear and she wouldn't. The gear lever is stuck in the fourth gear position and the gearbox is stuck in 1st gear.
I started limping her home and then there was a bang from the clutch. The clucth is now jammed in the disengaged position with the pedal being rock solid.
Any ideas of what the problem or cause maybe?
Please help as it's my first one which I have only owned for a week!!! |
